Other occasions are especially planned for the British Home’s residents and a few very special guests. All Holidays are acknowledged with special food, drinks, and decorations.
The Christmas Tree Trimming party is one such event where each resident is assured of adding a bauble to the large tree in the dining room. This is followed by a lovely dinner to kick off the Holiday season.
And perhaps the most exciting occasion is when Santa visits and delivers glittering bags of gifts to each and every resident. Before that occurs, a very special meal is served with choices of main course and an extravagant dessert.
Many of our residents decorated their own pumpkin and enjoyed the ability to spend time together doing a seasonal craft and decoration for our dining room.
